Done on NYE 2020, this was a slight change of tack….
On the hill opposite my then-studio, some felling & heavy coppicing had gone on before I arrived here in Devon to aid the succession vegetation.
Due to the steepness of this hill these Stumps appeared almost upright on my picture plane…so these were inevitable as inclusions!
This is the ‘mycelia ghost’ of Stump 196 🍄
