‘Haircap – Aira Force’, framed monoprint, 32x42cm

This is an unknown species of tree in this print, but one so bedecked in moss that it is little surprise that I couldn’t identify it! Located at Aira Force in the Lake District, which is predominantly known for its rather wonderful waterfall.

This print was made for my 2025/26 Moor Trees Crowdfunder, which celebrated our unique temperate rainforests across the UK.
We raised over £1,000 through more than 50 pledges, including sales of 27 monoprints [originally priced at £25 each!].

£25 of print sales from this [and the remainder of the collection] will go directly to support Moor Trees’ mission to restore Dartmoor’s lost native woodlands through community-powered seed collection, tree growing, and volunteer planting.
