My occasional ‘Coves’ series has made a comeback for the Summer of 2025!

The prints from this series have all been meditative, which reflects the amazing impact that Sugary, Castle & Compass Coves has had on me.

I’ve been wild swimming here in Devon for nearly 4 years, pretty much every day – weather permitting [it does get somewhat windy + wet down here…😆🌊]
The physical, mental, and psychological benefits of this regime have been incredible.

Although not necessarily tied in with the movements of the tides, morning swims completely declutter the mind, realign one’s body, and create a sense of zen through cooling both, which permeates the rest of the creative day.
