This is based on a photo I took in 2025. Newfoundland Cove has something of a tricky approach down to it from the coastal path that requires the use of several temporary ropes – and is not for the faint-hearted, as I found out to my cost when slipping on the wet path amongst the gorse 😆
These coves are part of a body of work grounded in my near-daily wild swims along this part of the South Devon coast – a practice I’ve followed for almost four years.
Nearly always tied to the tide [but not the temperature!🥶], it’s more of a ritual now…something that realigns the body and clears the mind before a day of making.

Prints can be custom-framed at cost price here in Dartmouth on request.
Smaller prints are flat-packed, while larger works are carefully rolled and shipped in sturdy tubes. Packaging is protective and largely plastic-free.
Signed Certificates of Authenticity are available on request.
Returns are accepted within 28 days if any purchased print is not right for you.
