Monoprint on Bristol Clairefontaine Cartridge.
a mellow summer evening view of Castle Cove here in Dartmouth [done as a pair with ‘Castillo del Mar XI’], and another print achieved with some haste…If I’m honest, I’d found the more recent ones a bit laboured, so it was good to feel a bit freer here. The rocks, trees and background of Froward Point were all done in minutes using a hand-cut stencil & a rubber seam roller, which has been a favoured method of tying up & finishing these off!

Prints can be custom-framed at cost price here in Dartmouth on request.
Smaller prints are flat-packed, while larger works are carefully rolled and shipped in sturdy tubes. Packaging is protective and largely plastic-free.
Signed Certificates of Authenticity are available on request.
Returns are accepted within 28 days if any purchased print is not right for you.

Just by looking at it you can feel the warm of the sunset. The balance of the colours makes you feel cosy. Incredible detailed piece of art. Every day I am spotting a new characteristic. The painting was very carefully wrapped and delivered. It’s my second piece from Stewart. Highly recommend!!!
