‘Dartmoor (Combestone Tor II)’, Monoprint, 32cm x 24cm

Monoprint, 32cm x 24cm on Bristol Clairefontaine cartridge

I did some further Mono sketches back in December, mainly derived from a Combestone Tor/Dartmoor visit in 2020 & some other local fave scenes…I went fast and painterly here…not my standard output, but it’s good to experiment with a few more rolling techniques & spatula marks.

Dartmoor’s biomass & biodiversity appears to be on the mend now, due to well-planned Conservation Areas (25 of them at present, including its amazing Wetlands) & a more progressive, gentler Farming hand.

‘Dartmoor (Combestone Tor IV)’ is available exclusively in this section of my Shop for The Great Charity Pot & Print Fair 2022, with 80% of your purchase going to Rewilding Britain.
