This is my fifth tribute to one of Dartmouth’s most famous landmarks, Castle Cove, & one of my favourite swimming spots.
I’d been switching between making Coves & Tree Portraits on a near-daily basis at this time – both had an equal pull for me; and with these Coves, I became interested in the technicalities of rendering the entire piece with an old decorator’s rubber seam roller [minus the trees, I should add, though I am working on that!]. This was a particular challenge here with applying the white for the rolling tide in this print.

Prints can be custom-framed at cost price here in Dartmouth on request.
Smaller prints are flat-packed, while larger works are carefully rolled and shipped in sturdy tubes. Packaging is protective and largely plastic-free.
Signed Certificates of Authenticity are available on request.
Returns are accepted within 28 days if any purchased print is not right for you.
