‘By the River – Bovey Valley Woods’, monoprint, 30x35cm

An early gelliprint from my series towards the 25 for 25 Moor Trees’ Crowdfunder, and one that I held back from the original rewards – I guess partly because I liked it too much!

I think because it captures that riparian essence of being so alive, and the sunburst in this instance. The use of bicarbonate of soda just before printing to capture this really helped.

£25 of any sale will be donated to Moor Trees, as was the original intention for the Crowdfunder.
